execute @e[type=arrow] ~ ~ ~ summon lightning_bolt
Put comparator with the 2 sticks ( don’t know what they are called) facing the command block. Put about 3-5 repeaters put them on max. Then put another command block and put in:
kill @e[type=arrow]
