Places an intangible ("Ghost Block") wherever you decide. With helpful tips how to customize your block.

Step 1: First input the command "/setblock ~ ~ ~ 36". NOTE: The Command will NOT work if you do not place this block prior to the next step!

Step 2: Make sure you are in/on the block placed in the previous step, and input the main command in the chat.

Step 3: Now you should have an intangible block to use for whatever you might need it for!

NOTE: You can change the TileID in the main command to whatever block ID you want the "Ghost Block" to look like. Example: 1:5 is polished andesite, or 91 is jack o' lantern
