to get a command block: /give (name) minecraft:command_block

there are 2 parts to display the money:

1: /scoreboard objectives add Money dummy (name)

2: /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar Money (dummy) (name)

there are 3 ways you can change the money amount:

1: Set the score- /scoreboard players set @p Money 10

2: Add Points- /scoreboard players add (name) Money 10

3: Remove Points- /scoreboard players remove @p Money 10
