Raining cloud effect that follows you by ximpulsiifsushii

Make a endless redstone circuit and put the first command in a command block and the second one in a different command block, it doesn't matter where you put the command block but make the redstone circuit fast like 4 redstone 2 redstone repeaters and you get a raining cloud! hope you like it i got the idea from the mineplex server! good luck using it and have fun!
